基本条件：财务会计专业，应届毕业生或者是毕业一年，所谓应届毕业生是指16年7月份毕业的学生
下面是岗位的介绍：
Finance Assistant
财务助理
Objective of the Position:
Keep communication with Share Service Center for the daily accounting documents. Coordinate with share service center for the daily accounting query and check. Handle external communication with bank and other partners under Finance Manager's instruction. Take care of registration of PR and Payments. Responsible for Fixed Assets management.
与集团会计共享中心保持日常沟通。与他们协调日常会计相关文档的管理和查询。在财务经理的指导下与外部合作方沟通，如银行等。负责采购申请单及付款申请单的记录。负责固定资产的管理。

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Communicate and coordinate with Accounting Share Service Center for responsible accounting issues;     与会计共享中心不断进行沟通并协调所负责的会计相关工作。
2. Take care of registration of invoices and reimbursement and payments. Handle delivery to FSSC frequently.处理发票、报销、付款单据的登记及跟踪相关付款状态，处理和FSSC之间的单据流转。
3. Review the prepayment status monthly and follow up the invoices.     负责预付账款的状态，跟进发票的处理。
4. Keep 5S of finance filing room and take care of voucher archive and documentation filing.     负责财务相关文档凭证的整理和归档。
5. Assist Finance & Admin Manager to handle tax, treasury and expense controlling jobs. Daily treasury management.    协助财务行政经理处理税务、资金、公司费用控制流程。资金方面的日常管理。
6. Follow Fixed asset procedure and coordinate with Accounting Share Service Center for Fixed asset recognition, perform FA stocktake. Daily management on FA in SGRS.
    处理固定资产流程并与会计共享中心协调固定资产确认，进行固定资产盘点。完成固定资产的日常管理。
       
Qualification & Skills:
1/  Bachelor degree, majoring in Finance related. 0-2 years working experiences,  fresh graduate is acceptable.财务/会计专业，本科生，0-2年工作经验，接受应届生
2/  Basic English 日常英语对话能力
